Ian Welham, President, Complete College Planning Solutions and Certified College Funding Advisor

ian-welhamIf Ian looks familiar, it’s because you’ve probably seen him on TV or on the Internet, or heard him on the radio. He is a nationally known college expert and author. His specialty is how to simplify the complex college admissions and funding process and pay less than “sticker price.” His clients are mostly “forgotten” middle class families who desire a top public or private university education for their children. They are willing to pay their “fair share” but see no reason to overpay when money is available to them. Thousands of parents have attended his free community workshops to learn how to dramatically lower the college bill, even if you’ve been told you don’t qualify for financial aid.   Ian is a regular guest on TV, radio and in the press, including featured college expert on AOL Finance, as well as WPIX Channel 11, News12 NJ, the Newark Star-Ledger, The Daily Beast, and Home News Tribune.  To learn more, call 973.467.0101. ABOUT JANICE GATTO

I am a practicing attorney with offices in Montvale, New Jersey, focusing primarily on real estate, business and commercial matters, wills and estates.  Over the past 30 years, I have successfully handled more than 7,000 real estate closings throughout the State of New Jersey and have a reputation for solving problems and getting complicated transactions done.

I graduated Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting; received my Juris Doctor Degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1985 and a Masters of Public Health Degree in 2009 from New York Medical College.

I am admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia.  I am a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association and Washington DC Bar Association.  As a former municipal court judge and public defender serving in several different municipalities in Bergen County, I am able to evaluate issues/conflicts from both sides of the courtroom.  As a former Zoning Board of Adjustment counsel, I possess a depth of understanding of the principals of land use and zoning, which is often implicated in real estate transactions.

It never ceases to amaze me just how little buyers and sellers actually know about the actual process of contract to closing, but are afraid to ask.  Even with all the blogs and websites out in cyberspace, it’s just plain difficult to digest all of the facets of a real estate transaction.  With the experience I have gained from performing thousands of closing transactions, as well as the additional municipal services that I have performed, my goal is to demystify the process, so that my clients are able to make informed decisions when it comes to all facets of the transaction.
