Marc Demetriou Sponsors The Semiannual Tax and Accounting Seminar of the Hudson chapter of the NJ Society of CPAs which was held on May 16, 2015 at The Clarion Hotel Empire Meadowloands (formerly Crowne Plaza) in Secaucus, NJ at 7:45 AM. .Marc spoke to over 300 CPAs and informed them about the mortgage business. Marc was able to give many of the CPA’s a very good understanding of what the current state of the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry is and what is being done to try to help the situation. Marc also gave a presentation on credit scores and why people can be denied even though they have very high scores. Marc also gave a good overview of the products and programs that are still availablefor residential and commercial financing.
