Steven Loeb is an attorney at Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C, where he practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, business planning, asset protection, tax planning (both domestic and international), estate administrations, corporate spin-offs and divestitures, formations, and estate litigation.
Mr. Loeb was a former Clerk to the Honorable Vito L. Bianco of the Tax Court. Mr. Loeb is active before both the United States Tax Court and the New Jersey Division of Taxation. Mr. Loeb has served as Special Tax Appeal Counsel to the Town of Morristown and was appointed Commissioner of the Morristown Housing Authority by Governor Jon Corzine and reconfirmed by Governor Chris Christie. Mr. Loeb was also named a “Super-Lawyer-Rising Star”, for 2010 through 2012 by his attorney peers.
